Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique and may present subtle variations in shape, colour and texture. These are not defects but part of the charm of handmade ceramics.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on tableware unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at studio@hubelceramics.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Workshops are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability. Please contact us to reschedule.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
